PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

TASKS
As a Product Development Project Manager your responsibilities will be to plan, lead and coordinate the development across multiple GTT agile streams to secure EE platform consistency and deliveries in order to fultill the intent of the solution
You will me managing extensive stakeholder communication inside and outside vehicle technology as well as supporting the portfolio mangers with budget and prioritization input. Furthermore you're expected to act as servant leader for the agile vehicle technology trains (ART), facilitating and guiding the work towards fulfilling the goals when it comes to the terms of the following:

• Clear scope defined and broken down by Epic Owners 
• milestones/integration points well communicated and understood
• Concept decisions taken with platform consistency
• Deliveries and releases performed in line with agreed plans, quality and cost targets - manage top risks and deviations

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
In order to succeed in the role you need to be especially good at communicating and collaborate with the teams and other domains. You have an exceptional ability to organize and time managing as well as high technical competence within the field.
To be considered for the role we expect you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
• Some years of experience from Product Development/Management and Project Management.
• Strong project management skills and experience of complex technology development projects
• Good knowledge and experience in agile ways of working with embedded sw development and electrical systems in automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills and experience of leading vertically i.e. you can motivate teams towards challenging targets and are used to manage communication and presentations to line management and other stakeholders
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
